My client, an established Software company, a true leader in their industry, is keen to hire a Software Development Team Lead, to be responsible for line managing a small team, whilst also playing a pivotal role in designing, developing and creating scalable solutions with a focus on frontend technologies.
You will also help develop and maintain reusable and reliable frontend code, work closely with cross functional teams and integrate frontend components seamlessly using RESTful APIs.
Degree educated, the ideal candidate will possess proven line management experience, able to demonstrate planning, prioritisation, code reviews, mentoring etc and offer a solid understanding of Frontend technologies, specifically JavaScript, Typescript and React.
You must also possess experience with APIs, testing frameworks and methodologies ensuring the delivery of high-quality software.
This role is roughly split as follows:
- Line management (60-70%)
- Hands-on / individual contribution (40-30%)
