This role can be based from our Milton Keynes or London office.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the full 360° recruitment cycle from business development to placing top talent, you'll own it end-to-end.
- Win new clients using strategic outreach, networking, and confident pitching to grow your book of business.
- Source exceptional tech talent, from Software Engineers to DevOps specialists, you'll connect the best candidates with the right opportunities.
What You Bring:
- Proven recruitment experience, ideally within the tech world.
- A natural ability to build trust quickly and close deals with confidence.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- High energy, self-motivation, and a results-first mindset.
- An understanding of or strong interest in the tech industry and its talent market.
