This role can be based from our Milton Keynes or London office.

About You!

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the full 360° recruitment cycle, from business development to placing top talent, you’ll own it end-to-end.
• Win new clients, using strategic outreach, networking, and confident pitching to grow your book of business.
• Source exceptional tech talent,from Software Engineers to DevOps specialists, you’ll connect the best candidates with the right opportunities.

What You Bring:

• Proven recruitment experience, ideally within the tech world.
• A natural ability to build trust quickly and close deals with confidence.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• High energy, self-motivation, and a results-first mindset.
• An understanding of or strong interest in the tech industry and its talent market.
