You will serve as the key contact for IT processes within your domain, ensuring alignment between global standards and local business requirements, while supporting smooth operational delivery and effective communication between UK teams and central IT functions.

- Coordinate with central application teams on releases, upgrades, and changes to core systems and platforms.
- Support incident and problem resolution by enabling local teams with the knowledge, tools, and escalation paths required.
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation covering local integrations, system adaptations, and support procedures.
- Ensure compliance with organisational IT policies, governance frameworks, and data security standards across the domain.
About you

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, as this role requires close collaboration with both local business users and central IT teams. Experience in documentation, process standardisation, and structured problem solving will be key to success in this role. You should also have a solid understanding of IT governance, corporate IT policies, and data security principles, along with a collaborative mindset and a willingness to share best practices across regions.
