About You! You might already have some experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, or another people-focused role, or you may simply have the drive, ambition and personality to build a successful career in tech recruitment. What matters most is your energy, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.
What You’ll Do! As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you will learn the foundations of recruitment with full support, training, and guidance. You will:
- Support the recruitment lifecycle by helping source, engage and qualify tech candidates.
- Build strong relationships with candidates, understanding their skills, motivations and career goals.
- Learn how to grow your own network through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and market engagement.
- Work alongside senior consultants to understand client needs and contribute to delivering great talent.
- Gradually develop your skills to manage your own roles, clients and candidate pipelines.
What You Bring! Some experience in recruitment, sales, customer service or another fast-paced environment (preferred but not essential). A natural ability to build rapport and communicate confidently. A positive, ambitious attitude with a willingness to learn quickly. Strong organisation and time‑management skills. An interest in technology and the world of digital talent. We’re looking for someone who wants to grow, not someone who already has all the answers.
