We are seeking a detail‑oriented and technically skilled Workday Financial Specialist to join our Finance / HR / ERP team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting, maintaining, and optimising our Workday Financials platform to ensure seamless business operations. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate across departments and drive continuous process improvement within our financial systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, support, and maintain Workday Financials modules (e.g., Accounting, Procurement, Expenses, Projects, etc.).
  • Partner with Finance and IT teams to identify, design, and implement system enhancements and integrations.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolution to ensure data integrity and process efficiency.
  • Support business users with reporting, analytics, and dashboard creation in Workday.
  • Participate in system upgrades, testing, and documentation of business processes.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into Workday solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Workday Financials (implementation, configuration, or support).
  • Strong understanding of financial processes such as general ledger, accounts payable, procurement, and expense management.
  • Experience with Workday reporting tools (Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, etc.).
  • Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Workday certification in Financials or related modules.
  • Experience with Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, or Studio).
  • Exposure to project management or business process optimisation initiatives.
