About You!
We are looking for an experienced recruitment professional ready to take ownership of a team, drive performance, and play a key role in growing our London presence. You'll combine strong billing capability with leadership skills, and be motivated by building high-performing teams as well as delivering results yourself.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop the London recruitment team, setting clear targets and driving performance.
- Oversee the full 360° recruitment cycle, ensuring best practice across business development, candidate management, and client delivery.
- Win and grow key client accounts, using strategic outreach, networking and confident pitching.
- Support, mentor and coach consultants to maximise their potential and billing performance.
- Drive new business strategy for the London office, identifying market opportunities and areas for growth.
- Maintain high standards of compliance, process and candidate experience.
What You Bring
- Proven recruitment experience, ideally within the tech sector or a specialist vertical.
- Previous leadership, team lead or management experience (or demonstrable readiness to step up).
- Strong business development skills and a track record of consistent billings.
- The ability to build trusted client relationships and close deals confidently.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- A high-performance mindset with the drive to lead from the front.
