New opportunity for a HRIS Analyst to help drive the optimisation, development, and maintenance of their HR systems, with a strong focus on Workday. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to system improvement, reporting capability, and user experience across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and optimisation of Workday to meet business requirements
- Configure and maintain the system, ensuring high data integrity
- Create and manage Workday reports and dashboards, including matrix and composite reports
- Support MI reporting and dashboard development across the business
- Respond to system queries and provide user support
- Maintain end-user training materials and resources
- Assist with Workday releases and change management activities
- Support the administration of the firm’s Benefits system, including annual enrolment
- Contribute to communication plans relating to system updates and enhancements
Skills & Experience Required:
- Strong Workday reporting experience, including advanced report types
- Previous experience working with an HRIS, ideally Workday
- Strong analytical skills and an interest in data presentation
- Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel
- Proven problem-solving abilities and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Understanding of data protection and high standards of data accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Experience with Power BI or Workday integrations is desirable
