The successful candidate would have
* Ideally, possess experience in a primary setting
* Demonstrate a strong understanding of the English language, both written and spoken
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to work efficiently as part of a team
* Understanding of safeguarding and child protection
Responsibilities
* Create a welcoming and inspiring learning atmosphere
* Work closely with teachers and other professionals to ensure that each student receives the support they need.
* Help teachers deliver engaging lessons while promoting and supporting positive behaviour in the classroom.
* Provide one-on-one or small group assistance, ensuring they feel understood and supported.
* Lead learning activities when required
