Are you looking for a rewarding role supporting children in schools across Leeds? Provide Education is currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to work in Primary Schools across Leeds, West Yorkshire. We have full-time positions available with an immediate start!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide in-class support to pupils and teachers
- Assist with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
- Work 1:1 or in small groups with pupils needing extra help
- Support behaviour management strategies
- Monitor and track pupil progress, providing feedback to teachers
- Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a school/ education setting or childcare experience
- Understanding of child development and how children learn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- A relevant qualification (e.g Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant Certificate) is desirable
- Safeguarding Level 1 (or willingness to complete course)
