We are currently working with an multi-academy trust who run a group of alternative provisions across the country for students with Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
They are currently looking for an Area Manager to provide educational leadership across a portfolio of their alternative provision sites, ensuring the highest standards of teaching, learning, safeguarding and learner outcomes.
This is a full time permanent position and regular travel between sites is required as part of the role.
The successful candidate would be accountable for quality assurance, instructor leadership, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement, ensuring provision consistently meets the expectations of commissioning schools, local authorities and statutory frameworks.
