Key Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-set work and ensure students remain engaged and on task.
• Create a calm, positive, and supportive learning atmosphere.
• Supervise and support students with their learning and manage behaviour effectively.
• Work collaboratively with experienced staff who will guide you throughout the role.
