We are looking for a caring, committed, and proactive SEND Teaching Assistant to join our specialist setting and make a real difference every day.
About the Role
In this role, you will support pupils with a range of complex needs. Working closely with teachers and specialist staff, you will provide one-to-one and small-group support, helping pupils access learning, build independence, and develop social and emotional skills in a structured, nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide tailored support to pupils with SEND, particularly those with Autism and ADHD.
- Support learning activities and adapt resources to meet individual needs.
- Encourage communication, emotional regulation, and independence.
