Provide Education is seeking a confident and adaptable Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming primary school in central Doncaster from September on a full-time, one-year temporary contract. This is a varied and rewarding role where you will be providing cover across all year groups, supporting teaching and learning throughout the school. You will need to be flexible, proactive, and confident leading classes in the teacher’s absence. A key part of the role is maintaining a positive learning environment, so strong behaviour management skills are essential.
The Role:
- Full-time position starting in September
- One-year temporary contract
- Covering lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
- Deliver engaging learning activities and support pupils' progress
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively and confidently
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff and the wider school team
We’re Looking For:
- A qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) or equivalent
- Excellent behaviour management and classroom management skills
- Experience working across primary age ranges is desirable
- A flexible, enthusiastic and reliable approach
- Strong communication and organisational skills
