Location: S72 Area
Hours: Full-Time (Monday to Friday)
Start Date: Immediate / September 2025
About the Role:
- Provide high-quality classroom support across EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
- Deliver targeted interventions to support pupil progress.
- Support teaching and learning through small group work and 1:1 sessions.
- Work alongside the class teacher to plan, prepare, and adapt activities.
- Promote positive behaviour and contribute to a nurturing learning environment.
Requirements:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
- Proven classroom experience in a primary school setting.
- Strong understanding of child development and learning strategies.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
