Provide Education is seeking a confident and adaptable Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming primary school in central Doncaster from September on a full-time, one-year temporary contract.
This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll be providing cover across all year groups, supporting teaching and learning throughout the school. You'll need to be flexible, proactive, and confident leading classes in the teacher's absence.
A key part of the role is maintaining a positive learning environment, so strong behaviour management skills are essential.
The Role:- Full-time position starting in September
- One-year temporary contract
- Covering lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
- Deliver engaging learning activities and support pupils' progress
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively and confidently
