What you’ll be doing:

• Take ownership of front-end and back-end systems, designing and implementing scalable, high-performance solutions using modern frameworks like React and Node.js.

• Help shape a greenfield environment, building and optimizing high-volume, transactional websites while adapting to evolving business needs.

• Work in a fast-paced environment where solutions are deployed multiple times a day-delivering immediate, measurable outcomes.

• Lead by example, mentoring engineers to maintain high standards and implement best practices.

• Contribute to the business’s ambitious expansion plans, including exploring new verticals for them to pursue.

• Experience with high-traffic, transactional websites, ideally with an e-commerce or marketing background.

• Expertise in React (or Next.js), TypeScript, and headless CMS solutions like Strapi.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms like GCP (or AWS/Azure) and strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.

• A collaborative, data-driven mindset with the ability to solve both business and technical challenges.
