We are seeking a highly capable and resilient Senior Project Manager to lead a portfolio of transformation projects within our expanding Community Equipment Service. The role will focus on delivering measurable improvements in operational performance, digital capability, logistics optimisation, stock management, and customer service.
The postholder will oversee enhancements to our ELMS2 IT system, implementation of state‑of‑the‑art logistics software, improvements in stock and warehouse management, redesign of customer service processes, and significant KPI performance gains (including increasing jobs per van per day).
More important than specific sector experience is the ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, evolving environment. The successful candidate will be adaptable, pragmatic, resilient, and comfortable working within a growing service that is scaling rapidly and embedding new ways of working.
Due to the operational nature of the role, a strong onsite presence in Greenford (minimum 4 days per week) is required.
