We are looking for a Senior Clinical Manager to provide operational and clinical leadership within the Integrated Care Team (ICT) for the Braintree locality team. The role will involve leading a team of clinical staff to deliver a range of services to support the community adult population of your locality and will be the operational lead for the locality with extensive clinical and organisational skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and support clinicians in prioritisation of planned and unplanned work.
- Manage senior clinical nurses’ performance against targets, including attendance, sickness, budget control, recruitment and delivering on Provide’s mission and values.
- Lead the collection and collation of key information to support evidence of performance against service indicators.
- Provide and receive highly complex, sensitive, and contentious information; present information to stakeholders in a formal setting.
Qualifications and Experience
Essential:
- Previous experience at band 7 or above.
- Car driver.
- NMC registration.
- Leadership and management experience.
Desirable:
- DN course or equivalent.
- Previous experience of leading/managing a community clinical team.
