Job Overview
We are looking for care assistants to join our team to work flexibly across our domiciliary care service based in Chelmsford.
Successful candidates must be able to drive and must have access to a car for work.
Main duties of the job
To provide a service that will enable service users to live in their own homes safely and securely whilst following the company policies and procedures as per the staff handbook and at all times observing and respecting service users dignity, privacy and independence as far as practical.
Care Assistants must be able to communicate successfully with service users in order to understand their needs and requirements. Care Assistants must also be able to communicate with other stakeholders such as family, friends and other health care professionals.
