Provide CIC in Colchester is seeking a Band 4 Team Lead to manage the Care Coordination Centre within our NHS site. This fixed-term, full-time role spans 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri, shifts 08:00-18:00) with an end date of 14 June 2027. Salary range £28,392–£31,157 per year.
You will lead CCC coordinators and navigators, supervise staff, manage workflows, ensure governance, and act as a central escalation point for complex coordination issues. An NHS background is preferred.
