This role provides vital administration support to the Workforce Solutions team, part of the People Directorate at Provide.
Main Duties
- Provide an administrative/telephone service to candidates, employees, workers and line managers, primarily related to timesheets, recruitment and selection and other general HR topics.
- Undertake pre‑employment checks in the absence of the coordinator.
- Accurately input time claim forms and elevate queries and errors to the coordinator.
- Assist in shift allocation processes for Workforce Solutions.
- Provide administrative services such as photocopying, scanning, ordering, stock maintenance and issuing uniforms.
- Maintain accurate records in HR databases and systems.
- Offer information on basic terms and conditions of service (e.g., annual leave, pay, policy) to candidates, employees and line managers.
- Work on additional projects in the HR department as requested, including supporting recruitment events.

- Previous experience in working with the public.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
