Provide CIC in Chelmsford is recruiting a Registered Nurse (Band 5) on a fixed-term 12-month contract. The role is full-time (37.5 hours per week) based with Chelmsford Integrated Care Teams to assess, implement and evaluate care for housebound patients.
The post holder will contribute to developing the Primary Health Care Team, uphold values, and act as an ambassador for Provide with a commitment to excellent patient care. Salary £32,073–£39,043 per annum; NHS Pension eligible.
