The purpose of the Recruitment Compliance Lead role is to provide professional and proactive administrative support with a particular focus on HR activities that include onboarding and pre-employment checks for clinical staff registering for locum or permanent work.

Main duties of the job

  • New Clinician onboarding - Requesting and collating documentation required to complete employment checks relevant to registration.
  • New Clinician Registration Interviews.

  • Overseeing Sales Support Officer activity and performance
