The Business Systems and Data Analyst plays a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity and reliability of data and systems across Provide Equipment Hub. The post-holder maintains the quality and completeness of all data entered into operational systems, drives process discipline and supports the continuous improvement of data capture, management and usage throughout the organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and improve the quality and completeness of data entered into PEH’s operational systems.
  • Establish and enforce data entry standards, identify errors and gaps at source and embed good data practice as a non‑negotiable operational discipline.
  • Support the implementation and optimisation of business systems, documenting processes and workflows.
  • Develop management information and reporting tools to inform decision making.
  • Act as System Super User, providing training, guidance and technical support to colleagues across the organisation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Meticulous, process‑driven approach with a strong eye for detail.
  • Systematic problem‑solving skills and the ability to translate data insight into practical operational improvement.
  • Experience or aptitude in data quality management and business system support.

Working Details:

  • Location: London, PEH Hub
  • Salary: £35,001 – £45,000 per annum (Yearly)
  • Hours: 40 hours per week (Full time, occasional weekend work)
  • Contract: Permanent / Contract
