Provide Community (Provide Cic) is seeking Community Nurses for flexible bank shifts in the Mid Essex area. A valid driving licence and access to a car are essential.
Nurses will work within Integrated Care teams to assess and plan care for adults in the community, collaborating with GPs, social services and voluntary partners. Shifts run across a three-shift pattern from 8:00am to 11:00pm, seven days a week including bank holidays.
