Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible and motivated speech and language therapist to help us support children and young people in a range of settings across Essex. This Band 7 role involves coordinating, supporting and delivering a high quality, evidence based service in a range of settings, predominantly within the clinical fields of complex needs and AAC. There are also opportunities to supervise and manage therapists, developing their skills, as well as therapy assistants.
Responsibilities
- Lead on service delivery in designated settings.
- Hold a highly specialist clinical caseload within these schools.
- Supervise and line manage therapists and assistants.
- Contribute to the planning and service delivery of the Therapies service.
