Join an established recruitment function, part of the HR Team/People Directorate at Provide. This role supports onboarding of new employees to Provide, handling a full range of recruitment checks and working closely with Workforce Solutions, the company’s temporary staffing service.
Location: Work will be required in both our Chelmsford and Colchester offices.
Responsibilities
- Provide an administrative/telephone service to candidates, employees, workers and line managers, predominantly in relation to recruitment and selection but also general HR/People topics.
- Undertake pre‑employment checks in the absence of the Coordinator.
- Deliver administrative support to the Resourcing team, including photocopying, scanning, ordering, maintaining stock and issuing uniforms.
- Process requests for systems accounts under direction.
- Maintain accurate records on HR/People databases and systems.
- Provide information on basic terms and conditions of service (e.g., annual leave, pay, policy) to candidates, employees and line managers.
- Accurately input time‑claim forms and escalations queries and errors to the Coordinator.
- Assist with any other projects in the HR/People department as requested, including supporting recruitment events.
