Responsibilities
- Front‑of‑house roles: meeting and greeting clients, handling client registration.
- Support tasks: organising stock, setting up and closing down clinic space.
- Back‑of‑house clinical support: assisting with clinical procedures and acting as a chaperone.
- Delivering clinical tasks, health promotion, and information sessions in various clinical and non‑clinical settings.
- Using the electronic record system, preparing specimens, setting up and cleaning equipment, and checking clinical areas and equipment in line with Health and safety and infection‑prevention policies.
- Participating in a rota to cover Saturday sessions as part of the contracted role.
Supervision and Training
Supported by a first‑line manager and an allocated clinical supervisor to provide adequate training, development, and delegated clinical intervention.
