Provide Equipment Hub is looking for a proactive and customer‑focused Logistics Support Officer to help deliver an efficient, responsive community equipment service. This is a varied and hands‑on role combining scheduling, customer liaison, operational support, fleet coordination, and occasional delivery and installation work.
You will play a vital part in ensuring vulnerable clients receive the equipment and support they need, when they need it. Working closely with the Logistics Supervisor, drivers, technicians, prescribers and customers, you will help co‑ordinate daily logistics activity, prioritise urgent requests, maintain accurate records, and support high standards of service, safety and compliance.
