We are seeking a dynamic Learning Lead to provide expertise in the design, delivery and evaluation of leadership, management and colleague development across Provide Community.

You will lead the Provide Community Corporate Induction and champion development for all colleagues through coaching, mentoring, and digital learning solutions. Collaborating with stakeholders, you’ll ensure learning initiatives align with organisational values and strategy, driving colleague growth and capability.

This role sits within the Talent and Learning team and requires the post holder to demonstrate creativity, strong facilitation skills, and a passion for continuous improvement to make Provide Community a leading organisation where colleagues deliver outstanding experiences for patients and service users.

Main duties of the job

Main duties of the Learning Lead role are:

  • Lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of leadership, management and colleague development programmes, ensuring they are aligned to Provide’s values and priorities
  • Lead the design and delivery of innovative management and leadership opportunities that strengthen the capability of Provide’s management population, equipping managers and leaders to meet both current and future organisational challenges
  • Lead on the delivery of Provide’s Corporate Induction to ensure it is best in class and provides a positive and engaging experience to all new colleagues
  • Oversee mandatory training compliance at organisational level to ensure colleagues and managers complete the required training
  • Ensure the annual personal development reviews (PDR) and personal development plans (PDP) are in place for all colleagues and evidenced in the learning management system
  • Identify opportunities to modernise learning delivery and improve colleague experience

Detailed job description and main responsibilities

This exciting role within the Talent and Learning team will be responsible for designing and delivering development programmes for colleagues across Provide.

This includes supporting with coaching initiatives across Provide, ensuring mandatory training compliance for all colleagues is above the required level and collaborating with colleagues to support with training projects across the organisation.

Qualifications

  • Holds or working towards a level 7 (equivalent to masters) qualification in leadership and management, learning and development, coaching and / or organisation development
  • Evidence of CPD
  • Coaching qualification at level 5 or above or equivalent

Experience

  • Current experience in a learning and development or organisational development role / function
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering cost-effective high-impact learning and development programmes, that have added value to the organisation
  • Extensive experience in facilitation
  • Experience creating innovative blended learning solutions, including digital content, while balancing accessibility needs and project budgets
  • Training and/or experience of using Power BI or equivalent
  • Knowledge of digital media, e-learning design and implementation and learning platforms

Skills

  • Demonstrable knowledge of management / leadership development issues, learning methods and technologies
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Demonstrates strong initiative, accountability and self‑motivation, with a proactive and professional approach to problem‑solving
  • Ability to analyse learning data and evaluating programme impact
  • Working knowledge and understanding of different project management methodologies

Professional UK clinical registration required for the role?
