Main duties of the job Therapy Assistant post for Bayman Ward, stroke inpatient unit in Brentwood Community Hospital. Working as part of an MDT with SLT, PT, OT and nurses.

Person Specification:
- Qualifications: GSCE level education or equivalent, Care Certificate, Driving License, Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle.
- Experience: Relevant experience in health/social care setting or equivalent, Inpatient rehabilitation experience, Experience working with Stroke Survivors.
- IT: Experience of using Systm One, IT Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook packages.
- Communication: High standard of written English and verbal communication skills.
- Team Work: Ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team, understanding of working with PT/OT/SLT and roles.
