We are looking for an experienced and proactive People Advisor to join Provide Community Equipment, providing high-quality HR support and advice to managers and employees across a wide range of workforce matters.
Working closely with the People Partner, you will provide expert guidance on employee relations, recruitment, organisational change, workforce planning, pay and conditions, and the consistent application of people policies and procedures. You will support managers in handling sickness absence, conduct, performance, parental leave and other people management issues, ensuring solutions are practical, fair and aligned with employment legislation and best practice.
This role requires a confident HR professional with strong employee relations experience, excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing a varied caseload and using workforce information to support decision-making.
