Provide Community Equipment delivers and installs vital equipment and adaptations to customers, which is essential to support daily living needs and aid their independence. Working alongside clinical prescribers and local authorities, the role is responsible for safely delivering, fitting, demonstrating and collecting equipment from clients' homes. This will include providing physical/portering assistance to clients (including moving and handling) and giving instruction/guidance relating to equipment fitted. This role requires the ability to deliver a customer-centric service. Clients for Provide Community Equipment are both adults and children.
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (Amendment) (England and Wales) Order 2020 and it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service.
