Provenir is the unified Decision Intelligence Platform that gives enterprises full control over end-to-end customer decisioning — to manage risk, drive growth, and transform business outcomes. By consolidating data, AI models, intelligence, agents and governance into a single decisioning environment, Provenir empowers business teams to configure and evolve strategy directly, while maintaining enterprise-grade reliability and regulatory compliance.

Provenir is seeking an exceptional operator, strategist, and business leader to partner directly with the Chief Commercial Officer in building the operations behind our global commercial organization. This is a highly strategic leadership role responsible for designing the processes, governance, operating cadence, and cross-functional alignment that enable Marketing, Sales, Solutions Consulting, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, and Revenue Operations to execute as one high-performing commercial organization.

You will help translate strategy into execution, establish scalable operating rhythms, improve decision-making through data and insights, and ensure our highest-priority initiatives are delivered with measurable business impact. This role will define how our commercial organization plans, collaborates, measures success, and executes—building the operational foundation that enables sustainable, scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate business priorities into clear, executable programs.
  • Conduct market, competitive and internal analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Build business cases and recommendations for executive leadership.

  • Design and manage the commercial operating cadence, including quarterly planning, business reviews, executive reporting and cross-functional governance.
  • Create repeatable processes that improve alignment across Marketing, Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, Sales Enablement and Revenue Operations.
  • Develop dashboards, KPIs and executive reporting that improve visibility and accountability.
  • Lead Strategic Programs
  • Manage high-priority cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution.

  • Executive Partnership
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the Chief Commercial Officer.
  • Help prioritize competing initiatives and focus the organization on the highest-value opportunities.
  • Facilitate executive leadership meetings that drive decisions rather than status updates.
  • Bring structure and clarity to complex business challenges.
  • Business Performance & Reporting
  • Develop reporting that provides visibility into strategic initiatives.
  • Consolidate updates from multiple teams into clear, actionable reporting for senior leadership.
  • Track progress against key commercial objectives and proactively identify areas requiring leadership attention.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to improve how the commercial organization operates.
  • Introduce best practices for planning, governance and execution.
  • Foster a culture of operational excellence and accountability.
