We are looking for a Marketing operations manager to join our revenue operations department. This role will be the go-to person for marketing for data and performance metrics and will be the person in charge of driving best practice and strategic improvements in our mar tech setup. You will also act as the Subject Matter Expert who picks up and communicates improvements needed in our systems and flows back to the wider revenue operations team.
Responsibilities
Building Automations out of our tech stack (predominantly Salesforce Sales cloud and Salesforce Account engagement (Pardot))
Pulling relevant data sets for marketing activities
Designing engagement workflows and nurture flows based off a brief from marketing
Project managing the production workflows for marketing
Measuring key metrics for marketing (MQL\’s, Channels, attribution)
Maintaining scoring models and core lead flows
Maintaining marketing tools and integrations
Maintaining live segmentation\’s
Being an SME on marketing automation and running strategic improvement programs for our Martech setup
Owning Martech platforms such as Chilipiper, Pardot, Zoominfo
Helping project manage marketing initiatives out of our project management tool Hive
Requirements
Experience building marketing automation setups (preferably Salesforce account engagement/Pardot)
Experience managing and maintaining mar tech platforms
Experience with CRM\’s (preferably Salesforce)
Spanish and English proficiency is a bonus
