Provenir is a global fintech company with offices across North America, the UK, and Singapore. We help fintechs, financial institutions, and payment providers make smarter decisions, faster. We are seeking an experienced Marketing Lifecycle Manager to design and deliver data-driven, multi-touch lifecycle programs that engage prospects and customers across long, complex buying journeys.

Responsibilities

  • Lifecycle Strategy and Campaign Development: Design end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategies across prospect nurturing, opportunity acceleration, customer onboarding, retention, and expansion; translate field marketing briefs into structured, multi-touch campaigns; build non-linear, multi-step engagement journeys that reflect complex B2B buying processes.
  • Email Marketing and Marketing Automation: Own strategy, execution, and optimization of email marketing programs across the full funnel; build and manage automated nurture journeys in Salesforce/Pardot, tailored by lifecycle stage, role/persona, industry and region; develop personalized, behaviour-driven communications; ensure best practices in deliverability, compliance, and performance optimisation.
  • Segmentation, Personalization and Audience Analytics: Define and maintain advanced segmentation frameworks across the database; leverage behavioural, firmographic, and engagement data to build highly targeted audiences and analyse user behaviour to identify drop-off points and opportunities for optimisation.
  • Performance Measurement and Reporting: Own campaign performance tracking and reporting within Salesforce/Pardot; develop and maintain lifecycle reporting frameworks; provide actionable insights to optimise campaigns and inform broader growth strategies.
  • Experimentation and Optimization: Lead a structured A/B testing programme across email content, subject lines, formats, journey structures and timing, and website landing pages for paid and organic traffic; apply a test-and-learn approach to continuously improve performance.
  • Collaboration: Work with Paid Media, UI/Website, Field Marketing, and Sales teams to align on lead quality, engagement, and pipeline progression; ensure lifecycle programs are integrated into the content marketing calendar; collaborate with SEO and content to create engaging website content across the sales cycle.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Background in B2B enterprise SaaS, fintech, or similarly complex industries; experience managing long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders; familiarity with ABM; experience across international markets and multi-language campaigns; understanding of multi-touch attribution and revenue-focused marketing metrics.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in email marketing and lifecycle marketing, ideally in B2B environments.
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce and Pardot, including campaign setup, automation workflows, advanced reporting and performance analysis; strong experience in audience segmentation and personalised campaign execution; ability to design and manage complex, multi-touch nurture journeys; proven experience with A/B testing and continuous optimisation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights; focus on revenue impact; experience working across multiple digital channels within integrated campaigns.
