Provenance is on a mission to empower 1 billion citizens to choose products that match their values, with proof not promises of validated product claims and we're building the tech to make it happen. Our trusted platform enables transparency on the social and environmental impact of consumer products. Used by 300+ brands and retailers globally (including Holland & Barrett, Ocado, The Hut Group, MECCA) we are the data layer they need to become discoverable and credible to shoppers, LLMs, and AI agents reshaping how consumers buy. The shift to agentic commerce is happening now and we're right at the centre of it.
We’re looking for a proactive marketer who is natively fluent with AI tools to help us increase the speed and quality of our go‑to‑market execution. You’ll work across content, community, collateral and marketing operations, using AI as a natural part of how you get work done. This is a hands‑on role for someone hungry, curious, and excited to learn fast in a high‑ownership environment. The role is designed to add execution capacity and support a fast‑moving commercial team as we scale our content, community and external presence.
Responsibilities
- Supporting content creation across all of our channels, including LinkedIn, website, sales collateral and campaign assets and social channel monitoring and responding
- Producing high quality video content (editing, branding, image creation)
- Help turn messaging and value proposition work into clear external materials
- Assist with product marketing and GTM execution across priority projects which may include support on award entries, hosted events and Provenance speaker opportunities
- Help build our customer community across a large customer base through content, communications, and engagement initiatives – including customer newsletters
Ways of Working
- Practical use of AI tools daily to improve marketing and commercial execution, not just generate more content
- Use of marketing and sales tools across our stack including LinkedIn, HubSpot, Lemlist, video editing tools (Riverside, Opus), Canva, Webflow
- Move quickly from brief to draft, and from draft to shipped output
- Spot inconsistent messaging, broken processes or inconsistent messaging and proactively fix or elevate them
- Support experimentation on how AI can improve marketing workflows, quality and speed
- Clear support for the GTM team during a period of change and scaling
What we’re looking for
- Early‑career candidate or recent graduate with work experience or placement year
- Strong interest in marketing, product marketing, growth, and go‑to‑market
- Experienced using AI tools as a core part of how you work
- High agency: you take ownership, move fast, and figure things out
- Strong judgment and taste for clear, high-quality external output
- Curious, commercially minded, and eager to learn
- Comfortable with ambiguity and a fast‑changing environment
Especially strong candidates may have
- Experience creating content, running campaigns, or supporting marketing operations, specifically with video editing skills and optimising content for social media reach
- Strong writing instincts and an eye for brand and messaging and examples of your work
- Familiarity with startups, B2B, SaaS, or product‑led growth environments
- Examples of using AI to automate or improve your work and outcomes
