The Role: U.S. Talent Scout (HealthTech)
We work with the most exciting Health-Tech and AI companies in America. They pay us to find them the absolute best sales talent in the world. Your job is simple: Find the best talent on paper, talk to them, and keep the top 10% of performers in our stable so they’re ready when the dream job opens up.
What you’ll actually be doing:
- The Hunt (Mornings): You’ll be a digital detective. You’ll use LinkedIn and other tools to find out who the top performers are at Healthtech companies. Who is hitting their targets? Who is the "MVP" of their team?
- The Connection (Afternoons): Since we work with the U.S., your "prime time" starts at 1:00 PM. You’ll be picking up the phone to call these high-fliers.
- The Pitch: You aren’t "selling" a job. You’re calling to say: I know you’re great at what you do. I want to get to know you now, so that when a life-changing opportunity comes across my desk, you’re the first person I call.
- The Goal: Build a "black book" of the best people in the industry.
Why this is a great move:
- No "Hard Closing": You aren’t chasing contracts or signatures. You are building relationships.
- High Pay: A solid base salary of £30k-£50k, but with bonuses (OTE), you can realistically earn £50k-£80k.
Location: Based in a beautiful office in Kirkby Lonsdale.
The Schedule: 10:00 AM start. You get your mornings for "quiet work" and your afternoons for high-energy calls to the States. You can start earlier, and finish earlier; however, being the U.S. market, they’re 5 hours behind us, you’ll need enough hours to do your phone-based outreach to physically talk to these people.
We don’t care about your "Experience", we care about your "Grit". You don’t need a background in recruitment or tech. You just need to be:
- Fearless: You aren’t afraid to pick up the phone and talk to someone you’ve never met.
- Curious: You like "the hunt" and finding out how businesses work.
- Thorough: Using a process we’ve refined, you cover all ground and all mediums, to ensure you’re getting through to these people.
- Articulate: You could hold conversations with sales professionals in the U.S.
- Organised: You keep your notes tidy, plan your day, and keep a central set of records updated.
