Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and monitor the end-to-end delivery of iPro implementations for customers in the UK, ensuring that the project scope, schedule, budget, and quality are met.
- Manage account relationships and expectations of the customers, providing regular updates, feedback, and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and mitigate the project risks and issues, escalating them when necessary and proposing appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate and collaborate with the internal and external project teams, including sales, product, engineering, quality assurance, and support, to ensure alignment and integration of the project deliverables and dependencies.
- Provide leadership and direction to the project team, delegating tasks, resolving conflicts, and motivating and empowering the team members.
- Conduct project reviews and lessons learned sessions, capturing, and sharing the feedback, insights, and best practices for future projects.
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the implementation project team.
Job Requirements:
- Must live in the UK.
- Must be able to travel roughly 25% of the time, will vary depending on volume and stage of projects/customers in this region.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year college or university or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of proven experience managing large, complex, and successful software implementation projects, preferably in the medical or healthcare domain within the UK.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the medical software industry, products, and regulations and interworking of the NHS.
Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with various levels of stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle ambiguity and uncertainty.
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.
- Data integration with EMR (HL7, VPN, etc.) knowledge is preferred but not required.
- Certification in project management, such as PMP, PRINCE2, etc., is a plus.
- Familiarity with and comfortable working in an environment that isn’t fully established and driving standards and consistency.
