The Channel Enablement & Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through existing global channel partners. This role will focus on optimizing current partnerships, increasing partner engagement, and executing strategies to maximize sales performance in international markets. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in channel management, revenue expansion, and relationship building across UK, Australia, New Zealand & Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Growth & Sales Execution: Achieve revenue targets by leveraging and optimizing existing channel partnerships.
- Channel Partner Optimization: Strengthen relationships with current distributors, resellers, and strategic partners to improve sales performance and market penetration.
- Partner Enablement: Implement training, co-marketing programs and potential incentives to drive channel engagement and productivity.
- Market Expansion Within Existing Networks: Identify new opportunities for growth within established territories and leverage existing partnerships to increase market share.
- Performance Monitoring & Improvement: Track partner sales performance, analyze data, and implement strategies to improve effectiveness.
- Contract & Deal Management: Ensure existing channel agreements are optimized for mutual success, renegotiating terms where necessary to align with revenue goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to support partner-led sales initiatives and ensure alignment on international go-to-market strategies.
- Risk & Compliance Management: Ensure all international business activities comply with local laws, trade regulations, and corporate policies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience: 8+ years in international business development, global sales, and/or channel management with a strong focus on revenue growth through existing partnerships.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in healthcare and software preferred.
- Proven Channel Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success in managing and growing revenue through established distributors, resellers, and international partners.
- Strategic & Data-Driven: Ability to analyze performance data and develop actionable strategies to maximize partner sales.
- Strong Relationship Builder: Ability to foster long-term, productive relationships with key international partners.
- Negotiation & Contract Management: Experience optimizing existing channel agreements and driving improved revenue outcomes.
- Cultural Acumen: Experience working across diverse cultural and regulatory environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Travel: 30-50%; including ability to travel internationally as required.
