With the backing of a global group and the energy of a new brand launch, this role combines digital trading with retail partner management, giving you the scope to drive sales, strengthen brand presence, and deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience across the UK and Europe.
You will take full accountability for the e‑commerce site, manage partnerships with leading e‑commerce pure players, and oversee the retail arm alongside external partners. A strong buying and merchandising background is essential, ensuring the right product mix, stock flow, and commercial results.

Key Responsibilities
Ecommerce Trading & Merchandising
- Manage daily site performance, including trading calendars, onsite merchandising, and promotional activity.
- Apply buying and merchandising expertise to optimise stock, sell‑through, and margin.
- Analyse customer behaviour and deliver measurable improvements in conversion, AOV, and retention.
Retail & Partner Management
- Drive performance of the retail arm, with direct accountability for partnerships with e‑commerce pure players.
- Build and manage strong commercial relationships with digital retail partners, ensuring alignment on campaigns, pricing, and stock.
- Collaborate with wholesale and retail teams to maximise omni‑channel opportunities.
Commercial & Growth Delivery
- Own sales, margin, and profitability targets across e‑commerce and partner channels.
- Lead weekly and monthly reviews with actionable insights.
- Monitor KPIs and identify growth opportunities across all channels.
Operations & Customer Experience
- Oversee the full e‑commerce process from product upload to fulfilment and returns.
- Partner with logistics and customer service to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Keep the site aligned with seasonal campaigns and brand storytelling.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven e‑commerce management experience in fashion, lifestyle, or sportswear.
- Strong background in buying and merchandising — essential.
