We are looking for an experienced Programme Manager / Project Manager / Project Management Office - Manager to join a fast-paced business operating within the fashion, sportswear and branded sector. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong project management, programme management, transformation and strategy execution experience who enjoys working across different areas of a business and turning strategic priorities into clear, executable plans.

This is not a purely administrative project management role. You will act as a central execution function, helping the business maintain focus, improve cross-functional coordination and ensure agreed actions translate into measurable business outcomes.

The Role

Working closely with the Chief Strategy Officer, senior leadership and functional teams, you will help coordinate and deliver key strategic and operational priorities. You will:

  • Translate strategic priorities and management decisions into structured implementation plans with clear deliverables, owners and deadlines
  • Maintain the central roadmap for key business initiatives and transformation projects
  • Track projects from initial decision through to implementation and measurable outcome
  • Establish appropriate KPIs and measures of success
  • Independently manage defined projects and workstreams across Sales, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Retail, eCommerce and IT
  • Develop and maintain project plans covering scope, deliverables, timelines, responsibilities and dependencies
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and ensure projects remain on track
  • Ensure project owners understand their responsibilities and commitments
  • Challenge delays and help establish recovery plans where delivery is off-track
  • Support larger strategic and transformation programmes led by senior management

Governance, Reporting & Delivery

You will provide senior management with clear visibility of project progress, milestones, risks, blockers, dependencies and decisions required. This will include maintaining:

  • Project and milestone trackers
  • Senior management action trackers
  • RAID logs covering risks, actions, issues and dependencies
  • RACI / ownership structures
  • Project status dashboards and RAG reporting
  • Decision and escalation logs
  • Monthly strategic execution reporting

You will proactively identify risks, bottlenecks and cross-functional dependencies, work with project owners to resolve issues and escalate significant delivery risks or resource constraints where required.

Process Improvement & Transformation

You will also identify opportunities to improve business processes, governance and ways of working. This will include supporting functional leaders with improved processes, documenting future-state processes and ownership, supporting the implementation of new systems, reporting tools and operating processes, and conducting post-implementation reviews.

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years' experience in PMO, programme management, transformation, strategy execution, consulting or a similar role
  • Strong project management and organisational skills with experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience within retail, sportswear or licensed fashion is a must
  • Experience supporting business transformation, systems implementation or process improvement programmes would be beneficial
  • Strong passion for strategy and business development
  • Ability to translate broad objectives into structured and executable plans
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with good commercial judgement
  • Ability to simplify complex issues and demonstrate big-picture thinking
  • Confidence communicating with and presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects and workstreams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel capability
  • Experience with Monday.com, Asana, Smartsheet or Jira would be beneficial

If you have experience delivering cross-functional projects and programmes within a fashion, sportswear, retail or licensed fashion business, we would be interested in hearing from you.
