This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and work on high-quality, technically driven collections, collaborating closely with senior stakeholders and international suppliers.
We are seeking an Apparel Product Developer to support the development of menswear and womenswear collections. This is a hands-on role where you will manage the product lifecycle from concept through to production, ensuring the highest standards of quality, fit and performance. You will work across multiple seasons and collections, playing a key role in delivering innovative, commercially viable products in line with brand standards.
Key Responsibilities- Develop seasonal collections across menswear and womenswear (approx. 50 SKUs per season)
- Collaborate closely with design, internal teams and suppliers to bring concepts to life
- Manage the full product development lifecycle from prototype to bulk production
- Source and develop fabrics, trims and finishes aligned with cost and quality targets
- Lead fittings, provide technical feedback and ensure product fit and construction standards
- Maintain and manage all technical documentation including tech packs and workbooks
- Oversee critical path management, ensuring timelines are met across multiple seasons
- Liaise daily with factories and suppliers to ensure clear communication and execution
- Monitor costing and ensure FOB targets and margins are achieved
- Manage WIP reports and ensure visibility across development stages
- Resolve quality control issues and ensure final product approvals prior to production
- Support sample management, photoshoots and product presentation requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in apparel product development within fashion or outdoor brands
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, pattern cutting and technical development
- Proven experience in performance outerwear, including waterproof construction and fabric technologies
- Deep understanding of fit, fabrics, trims and finishing techniques
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple seasons and deadlines
- Strong communication skills with experience working with international suppliers
- Proactive, hands-on and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced Excel skills preferred
