We are seeking an experienced freelance luxury womenswear designer to support the development of an elevated Ready-to-Wear collection for an internationally recognised luxury fashion brand. The role requires a designer with a refined aesthetic sensibility and strong luxury RTW experience, capable of taking a collection from initial research and concept through to final design resolution and technical development.

Scope includes:

  • Trend and creative research
  • Market analysis and competitor positioning
  • Moodboards and fabric/technique direction
  • Collection structure and silhouette development
  • Design development across dresses, tailoring, tops, and leather
  • Technical solutions and garment construction input
  • Tech pack creation for final confirmed styles
  • Ongoing involvement during fittings and prototype refinement

We are looking for someone with:

  • Extensive luxury RTW experience
  • Strong tailoring and/or leather expertise
  • Excellent technical understanding and garment construction knowledge
  • Ability to work collaboratively with senior creative teams
  • Experience delivering runway-level or Tier 1 collections
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
