Overview:
Our client, a renowned global fashion brand, is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager/Consultant with a proven track record in working with distributors and licensees across Europe and the Middle East. This pivotal role focuses on driving business transformation by managing and collaborating closely with distributors and licensees to implement strategic changes and organizational restructuring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order & Inventory Oversight:
- Review and manage current and future orders with Distributors and Licensees, ensuring accuracy.
- Reconcile inventory across warehouses and distribution centres, identifying any discrepancies between physical counts and recorded data.
- Sales & Forecast Analysis:
- Generate reports on current sales orders and analyse orders in progress for the upcoming season.
- Provide insights to guide production and inventory decisions, aligning seasonal planning with sales targets.
- Cross-functional Collaboration & Reporting:
- Extract and consolidate data across departments, presenting key findings and recommendations to the Board.
- Identify inefficiencies and discrepancies in stock, pricing, and order management, implementing solutions where needed.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in operations within the fashion industry , especially with distributors and licensees.
