We are hiring a Senior BI Developer for a globally recognised fashion group based in London. This is a highly technical, backend-focused Power BI role requiring deep expertise across Power BI architecture, SQL Server development, ERP integrations, semantic modelling, ETL pipelines, DAX optimisation, data engineering, BI governance, and enterprise reporting infrastructure.

You will own and manage the end-to-end Power BI ecosystem including:

  • Enterprise semantic models
  • SQL Server optimisation & stored procedures
  • ERP data integrations
  • ETL & transformation pipelines
  • Power BI gateways & dataflows
  • Row-level security & governance
  • Incremental refresh & performance tuning
  • Data validation & reporting architecture

This role is NOT a front-end dashboard-only position.

We are specifically looking for candidates with:

  • 10+ years BI / Power BI development experience
  • Advanced SQL Server expertise
  • Strong understanding of ETL, semantic models & data governance
  • Experience supporting Sales, Finance, Supply Chain & Operations reporting

Ideal backgrounds include Wholesale Supply chain / operations analytics environments.
