Our client, Reebok, is seeking an exceptionally talented Lifestyle Sportswear & Fitness Apparel Senior Designer to join their vibrant and fast-paced design team in Watford. This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape the creative direction of a globally recognised brand across both lifestyle and performance categories.
Key Responsibilities
- Design seasonal lifestyle and fitness apparel ranges, including outerwear, knitwear, graphic tees, denim, basics, and headwear.
- Conduct seasonal research on trends, key items, colours, fabrics, and themes aligned to the creative brief.
- Generate original design sketches and technical specifications across all styles.
- Create mood boards, colour palettes, and trend presentations.
- Maintain strong knowledge of sportswear trends and Reebokβs design heritage to advise on silhouettes, fabric choices, and finishings.
- Collaborate with the Head of Design and Sales team to build commercial and creative collections.
- Develop and maintain accurate tech packs, spec sheets, and development files for all styles.
- Attend fit sessions, implement revisions, and communicate updates to suppliers.
- Manage sample deliveries and keep the design space organised.
- Create content for seasonal catalogues and internal presentations.
- Travel as needed for supplier meetings, collaborations, and brand presentations.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience designing lifestyle/activewear/fitness apparel.
- Strong understanding of the Reebok brand, market, and customer.
- Highly proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Confident presenting a strong, relevant portfolio.
- Degree in Fashion Design or related field.
