Our client, Reebok, is looking for passionate and culturally connected PR, Social & Community Managers to help shape how the brand shows up — across platforms, in the media, and in real life. These roles sit at the intersection of communications, content, and community. Whether your strength lies in storytelling, building social engagement, or activating grassroots energy, you’ll be part of a team responsible for making Reebok feel current, exciting, and emotionally connected to its audience — across both sport and lifestyle.

What You’ll Do
  • Public Relations & Comms
    • Help shape and deliver the UK/EU PR strategy in line with Reebok’s brand direction
    • Build relationships with key editors, stylists, journalists, and tastemakers across sport, fashion, and lifestyle media
    • Support seasonal product storytelling, press activations, and cultural moments
    • Craft and pitch impactful stories that build brand equity and drive conversation
  • Social Media & Content
    • Lead day-to-day management of local social channels (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest)
    • Create and curate engaging content that drives visibility, affinity, and interaction
    • Partner with internal creative teams, athletes, influencers, and content collaborators
    • Stay on top of trends and insights to continually refine tone, content direction, and platform mix
  • Community & Culture Building
    • Build real-world connections with local trainers, studios, grassroots communities, and cultural groups
    • Co-create activations and events — from retail takeovers to workshops and seeding moments
    • Spotlight voices from within Reebok’s audience and grow brand loyalty through experience
    • Support partnerships that reflect Reebok’s values across sport, wellness, and culture.
About You
  • 3–6 years’ experience in PR, social, or community marketing — ideally in fashion, lifestyle, fitness, or wellness
  • Confident storyteller and content thinker with a feel for what’s relevant and culturally interesting
  • Comfortable working across multiple touchpoints — from digital and events to press and partnerships
  • A connector by nature — curious, collaborative, and plugged into what’s happening around you
  • Organised and proactive, with the ability to manage timelines, teams, and multiple projects with ease
  • Passion for movement, creativity, and meaningful brand-building
