Based in Fitzrovia, you will join a dynamic, multicultural, and multinational environment with strong opportunities to learn, grow, and progress.
Reebok Europe are seeking a detail-driven and customer-centred Sales Operations & Customer Service Executive to support DACH customers as well as distribution partners across key regions. You will work closely with Sales, Logistics, and Operations teams to drive smooth seasonal execution, ensure exceptional customer experience, and manage the order book from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Management
- Manage day-to-day service requirements across DACH accounts and distribution partners.
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Communicate with key customers and support seasonal planning.
- Provide assistance with pricing, credits, invoices, and payment terms.
- Support customer meetings and occasional customer visits.
Orderbook & Operations
- Produce orderbooks driven by customer requirements and commercial targets.
- Enter orders and maintain accurate customer data including pricing, part numbers & VAS requirements.
- Analyse orderbook status and highlight risks to customers and sales teams.
- Ensure all orders are accurate ahead of shipping windows.
- Support warehouse communication to ensure smooth processing and timely shipping.
Cross-functional Coordination
- Work closely with Sales, Logistics and Ops to resolve issues.
- Provide structured feedback on recurring operational issues to improve process and customer experience.
- Monitor key customer performance metrics incl. fulfilment rates, delays, and satisfaction.
- Attend training and development programmes as required.
Profile
- German speaking β preferred / highly advantageous for DACH markets.
- Experience managing distributors or international B2B customers.
- Excellent communication and organisation.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Passionate about customer service.
