We are looking for a (Senior) Digital Key Account Manager to drive growth, enhance strategic partnerships, and champion the digital commerce agenda across key online and pure player accounts. This role is pivotal in managing and expanding our footprint in the digital retail landscape by increasing market share, optimizing account performance, and building strong, lasting relationships internally and externally.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take full ownership of revenue performance across online and pure player accounts, driving growth across categories by increasing market share.
- Lead the development and execution of seasonal, integrated marketplace strategies to ensure go-to-market excellence, in close collaboration with the Online Partners Director.
- Act as the primary ambassador for assigned accounts, representing them internally across all functions and managing key account interfaces.
- Track performance against defined KPIs, analyse customer and competitor behaviour, and identify actions to drive continued improvement.
- Use relevant commercial tools to drive mutual profitability, aligning joint business plans with account partners.
- Ensure full compliance with commercial agreements and partner expectations.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Proven experience in digital or online key account management, ideally at a senior level or progressing toward it.
- Solid track record of managing pure player and e-commerce platforms in a commercial capacity.
- Deep industry understanding of the apparel, footwear, and accessories landscape.
- Strong commercial acumen with knowledge of local markets, consumer behaviour, and account-specific needs.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong drive to meet and exceed sales objectives and KPIs.
- Confident communicator and relationship builder who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
